Color is as seen and easy to peel and stick but the material is very thin and when I used to straight out with my credit card, it rips, tears easily. So far waterproof and easy to clean. I used to cover table top.As you can see, I have a thing for black and dark colors in my kitchen as a backdrop. When moving into my first apartment I told myself, big deal! It’s not that noticeable… Little did I know, the contrast of all the dark with the light counters and walls created some serious visual clutter, leading the space to look more messy than necessary.Using two rolls of this contact paper I was able to transform the space into one that made me stressed to one that makes me feel blessed ? The dark color works with my decor, the space no longer looks messy and believe it or not I have basically all the same things in the space from one picture to the next, just rearranged slightly different ?The space is now pleasant to look at!I will say, application took… a while. A very long while. Like four hours at least haha ? But that is to cover backsplash and a curved counter, both of which take more effort. The trick for me was to cut it to about the right size but slightly bigger, then begin to remove the backing just in the center of where you want to apply (create a line in the center where the adhesive is exposed) and fix the center. After that you remove the backing on either side and smooth to place, then cut the excess if course.Nothing will make this process go faster I’m afraid… But its a small price to pay for good design and the joy and relaxation that follows.I easily screwed up the first big piece by tearing the backing off left to right in one piece and attempting to adhere it in one piece… this was, a terrible idea! The pieces stuck to the other sticky parts and it just was impossible to undo without severe creasing. If I hadn’t lost that first one I would have had more coverage but oh well, win some and lose some. Now I need to finish the rest of the tiny kitchen! I suppose this will have to do for now but I’m antsy to transform it more after the results from the corner! ?I bought this wallpaper to use as backing for my crested gecko's glass terrarium. I made a DIY background inside of the terrarium using expanding foam, and I didn't like that the ugly foam was visible through the glass. So I got this wallpaper and just stuck it onto the terrarium, cutting it to size as I worked. There are a few small bubbles that I didn't manage to get out, but they are not apparent. This wallpaper seems to block a lot of light and has a nice matte finish. It has lasted almost 2 years in partial sunlight and doesn't seem to have faded or deteriorated at all.Look ms nice when applied properly . Make sure to flatten as you go to reduce air bubbles.Rips very easy, but pretty forgiving if you need to un/re stick. There’s more texture to it than I thought, but it’s very matte and blends into itself pretty well. This stuff is a PAIN in the a** if your trying to paper anything that isn’t flat or that has corners. Prob won’t use it like I originally intended, but I’m sure there’s something I can use it on.It was super easy to install, smooth out, and get to stick. We used it to cover a wooden shelf. However I hit the shelf on something lightly and the paper ripped a small hole. Would buy again though!I did a weeks worth of CONSTANT research and ended up with this namebrand/seller on their lite gray contact paper. ALL sellers tell you to double check your measurements because of you end up having to make a 2nd order than there’s a 95% chance it WILL be a different shade because of different batches so TRIPLE check yourself! But I was worried about bleed-thru because of my old wallpaper but this product was thick enough to where there is NO bleed-thru. Can not stress enough about having proper tools so be sure to order a contact paper tool kit! I had NO problems and as you can see I did a lot of coverage !Bought this to use on my bedside table! I wanted it black and this made is exactly what I wanted it to look like instead of having to buy a brand new table!Impressed with the quality. I wasn't expecting much, but our living room is way better now! It has a really nice and subtle texture to it and it's really easy to clean. The downside is that the edge of the wallpaper is not straight, so you have to straighten by yourself. But there are some lines in the back of the wallpaper to help you with that, so no big deal. It's really easy to apply and I did that wall with my wife in about 1 hour. Used 4 rolls. It seems to be easy to remove, even though it sticks to the wall, but I can't confirm that before trying to actually remove it. If you want to change your room without being a permanent thing, just go for it!This is the very first product I have purchased through Amazon that I was thoroughly disappointed with. I purchased it to use to line the inside of my granddaughter's vanity drawers. When I received the product and opened the envelope, the liner already had bubbles. It was very very thin and flimsy. It was prepasted but barely stuck. I realize sometimes you have to additional adhesive. You had to be very very careful when applying because it easily marked. The only reason I kept it was my granddaughter has been waiting for her vanity for a while so I told her I would line it with this cheap liner for now and find some suitable replacement and redo it later. I have a lot of experience with lining various items and have used various shelf lining products but none as poor as this one and I have paid a lot less this one. The only good thing I can say is it arrived on time.It was easier to work with than I thought. It's pretty easier to peel it off and reposition if you're not happy with it. Lift it with both hands at a 30° angle (OK as long you're not lifting it at 90 degrees, because it'll stretch and put creases in the paper).Once you're sure, smooth out lightly with a credit card. This also helps with adhesion.Forgot to take a before, but I'm pretty happy with the after result.Impressed, this is really good quality and sticks well, smooths easily, and has a nice matte pebbly texture. I used this in my bathroom and it's held up great with moisture. As a side note, I also painted it once it was hung with ModPodge glitter sealant & a package of black glitter mixed in - and it looks INSANELY good.Tip: if you plan to use this, keep the roll at a roughly 90 degree angle (to whatever you are covering) as you roll it out and flatten with the other hand. Makes a huge difference. Used it on a plastic table, first attempt laying it more or less flat resulted in lots of bubbles and creases even taking my time. Had my partner flatten it the next attempt whilst I held it as described, results was pretty much perfect. It lifts easily but does tend to stretch slightly if done too much and may tear, so worth getting it correct the first time.
