The colors are nice & pretty. Blends well. The issue I had was using the twist-out applicator to control how much of the color stick to push out. Product falls out or slips back into applicator stick.I'm fairly new to utilizing cream eyeshadow sticks, so please bear this in mind. Overall, the products apply pretty smoothly, are very blendable, and the colors are complimentary and not "over-powering", especially for a mature eyelid.Moreover, I did notice the products were very long-lasting, yet they come off easily with make-up remover towels (No scrubbing needed). These eye shadows themselves are a solid value for the money, HOWEVER, the product fell out of two of three of the applicator pencils within the first week of using them (I hadn't even needed to twist them to get more product, they simply fell out while I was very carefully using them).Unfortunately, I destroyed one while trying to push it back into the applicator, and now use the other one, without the applicator at all.If you can find a way to keep the product in the tubes/pencil applicator, you've got a good product that works well for mature skin. Personally, I'm gutted they broke within the first week. I will try to find another way to use them, though.Folks if you buy them, be prepared to be picking the products off the floor, because they don't stay in their applicators.This pencil is great. It goes on smooth and you use the brush on the other side to even out the makeup . Love it stays on well.love the 3 colors, seem to last pretty long, go on easily, love the blending brush on each pencil, not expensive at all, so far am enjoying them very muchThe colors are perfect and it seems have long wear. Only 4 stars because the color stick fell out of the applicator in one and I'm sure it will continue to be an issue. It's still a great find!I liked the color and application of these sticks, however about halfway through the day my eyelid got very sticky and so I quit wearing them Or put a light layer of powder shadow over it… Which kind of defeats the purpose.I've been using Julep for a few year but don't like the sponge blending tip as I feel it pulls on delicate skin. I am in love with this brush tip. It is a more gentle way to blend. I'm hooked.eye shadow goes on smooth last all day love it and will order it again thru amazon
