The highlight stick has more glitter finish than I like. I prefer a more subtle glow or barely there shimmer. I liked the other colors. I had to return these.I was interested in the boom stick makeup. I was never much of makeup user and am 56 yrs old and need makeup but not interested nor do I have the funds to start layering it on. They are easy to use, provide the moisture where needed and portable. I'm happy with product and will purchase again when these run out. I didn't give 5 stars because I don't have anything to make comparison.Contour, blush, and highlight sticks are great. Base stick gone super quick. Bought the Boom Stick base, lasts so much longer. Still using colors from this set. Wish they would offer a 4 stick base pack. 3 months later, still using the 1st batch of color sticks! It doesn't take much and the color is so natural and blends so well!I purchased this set after wanting the boom set but refusing to pay their price. I like this version very much. The containers are a bit of a pain as they pop apart on me often when opening, but it does not cause an issue with using it. The “shimmer” is more like glitter and I use more sparingly.The blush color is great for both my checks and lips. My only complaint is the highlighter....leaves sparkles all over faceNatural looking makeup for older womanI like this better than the more expensive brands. This is much less greasy. Don't care for the larger glitter in the highlighter.I love the ease and smooth feel of this product. The blush works great as lipstick! This is a very light makeup without mess.
